Instant Housecall Free Edition is a simple remote control application that grants you temporal access to a remote system, enabling you to see the desktop, move the mouse and open and close application just as if you were sitting in front of that computer.

Instant Housecall Free Edition is simple and easy to use. All you need to do is install a small client and create a specialist ID, which works as your username on the system. Then just tell your friends or whoever has asked you for support to visit the developer’s website and enter your username on the ‘Request for support’ form. They’ll also need to install a small client on their side, but it’s really easy, plus it can be uninstalled right away when the session is finished.

mRemote: Remote Connections Manager

mRemote is a full-featured, open source, multi-tab remote connections manager that allows users to manage all remote connections from within its single user interface. Computer users can run multiple instances of Remote Desktop, VNC remote control connections and other remote host access or transmission protocol applications on local PC.

With mRemote, all remote connections can be connected to and managed all from within one place – the application interface of mRemote with tabbing support. mRemote is essentially similar to Terminal Server Manager MMC snap-in, but it supports more remote control and access protocols.
