Ashampoo Office 2008 with Free Activation Key

Ashampoo Office 2008, formerly known as SoftMaker Office, is an alternative Office productivity suite to Microsoft Office for Windows. Ashampoo 2008 consists of TextMaker (word processor), PlanMaker (spreadsheet similar to Excel), and Presentations (presentation graphics similar to PowerPoint).

Ashampoo Office 2008 has many similar functions of the correspondent programs from Microsoft Office, OpenOffice.org or WordPerfect Office, besides several unique features such as ability to run off USB flash drives and integrated reference works. Ashampoo Office 2008 has own native file formats similar to SoftMaker Office, but also supports and can read or write Microsoft Office file formats and Open Document Format (ODF used by Open Office, though in TextMaker only.

Get a Free Copy of Office 2010 Beta

Microsoft is looking for family, student or home business users to participate in the beta program for Office 2010. As part of the program, users will be issued with a loan notebook for at least six months and receive a free copy of the final Office 2010 suite when it is released.

Microsoft aims to find out from the beta program on how Office has helped users in their every day life, whether that be for your work, school or college assignments, or just household tasks. Microsoft will then use some of the best stories as part of a publicity and marketing campaign when the new version of Office is released, which apparently can mean everything from being featured in case studies and videos to acting as a press reference or even just letting us share your testimonials about the software.

Microsoft Office 2010 Technical Preview Registration

Microsoft Office 2010 will be the first release of Office series of productivity suite that will be shipping in 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) version, when it is due for retail consumers in the first half of 2010.

Prior to RTM release, Microsoft is opening up opportunity for everyone to experience pre-release versions of Office 2010. The Office 2010 Technical Preview is expected to be released in early to mid July.
